To celebrate the launch of the new Integrative Nutrition plate, we held a contest asking people to share a photo of their healthy plate. We received so many great photo entries, full of colorful, nutritious, and delicious food! There�s no one-size-fits-all diet, and it�s clear that each person experimented with fresh, whole foods to find what works best for them.
