The benefits of meditation have long been established, but remember when it was a thing mostly associated with hippies, yogis, and monks? Those days are long gone, and now everyone from Wall Street bankers to computer programmers are saying �om.�
We had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Jamie Zimmerman that meditation might be exactly what the world needs. Dr. Zimmerman was a physician who practiced what she called �meditation medicine,� and helped her clients reap the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of meditation. As she said in our interview together, it's no mistake that the words �meditation� and �medication� sound so similar!
